Montanita is a wonderful place to visit, but it can be quite loud and rowdy. We hope Baños was a better Experience,although our understanding is that you run into similar problems. We are not so sure it could been the proper alternative for your mother in law. We are sure about our essence as a fine lodging option in Montañita with a different concept to Dharma,which caters partygoers,in an electrónic ambiance and atmosphere. Food and Beverage services as you may know,have gone to a post-covid ajustments and our responsability besides safety líes within local business reactivation. Montañita is very fragile regarding unproper waste disposal,so as an eco-friendly stablishment,we rely on smart-ecofriendly conscious guests. Regarding the reported toilet problem,our operative general Manager took the matter personally and upon maintenance diagnosis,we concluded sewer was blocked due to personal hygiene and handpaper towels,which are available ONLY at common áreas,not as room ítems. The size of them are over the standard measurements,they are new and appointed with comfort and good taste.
