The sweet little Chevy has been stripped down and completely rebuilt from the ground up. This 1956 Chevy has spent just two years of light cruising since it received a frame off restoration. The engine is mated to a 4 Speed Trans and stock rear end. The charging system was updated to an alternator. It has an edelbrock Aluminum valve covers. When you look under the hood it has a 350 V8 that has been dressed with an aluminum intake and holley carb with a chrome breather. The best I can tell the dahs has not been cut on and it retains the factory column and steering wheel.įinally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. This ’56 has the electric upgrades to the wipers and the lights that also work as they should. The carpet was done in black with a white headliner. It is all done in a matching red and white scheme that really complements the exterior scheme nicely. Next, we will move on to the interior of the Bel Air. At the time of the restoration it looks as if the glass was replaced as well as the weather stripping. We can not tell if the stainless is new but it shows very well. The bumpers as well as other chrome looks to have been replaced. The fit of the doors and trunk are also good. It is done in a gorgeous Red and White Two Tone color scheme with good body lines. This is a little bit of an older restoration.
